The Freelancer & Contractor Services Association (FCSA) has appointed a new CEO, as the organization aims to strengthen its influence and membership in the temporary work market.
Moving from his previous role as CEO of the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self Employed (IPSE), Chris Bryce joins the organization with an accomplished track record of excellence, growth, cultural change and influence in a range of complex businesses and non-profit organizations. .
Commenting on his appointment, Chris said: “I am delighted to join FCSA as the new CEO. My overall goal will be to ensure that all parts of the supply chain – especially the subcontractors served by members of the organization – can expect the highest levels of compliance, transparency and reliability of the process. from accredited FCSA members.

In his new role, Chris will work closely with FCSA members, who offer executive employment services, CIS / freelance subcontractor services, limited liability company advisory services and support solutions. businesses with occasional labor.
Chris started his career in sales, becoming a sales manager for a corporate logistics company and later becoming a general manager. He then entered the world of procurement and consulting at several financial institutions, implementing several change programs globally as a consultant program director.
During his tenure as CEO of IPSE, Chris also served as Chairman of the European Forum of Independent Professionals (EFIP), a collaboration of national associations from across Europe that represents independent professionals at the level of the EU through targeted research and advocacy.
